Return and Refund policy

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund and returns methods and procedures. This policy applies to the UK and is in accordance with UK consumer law.

We offer a 14-day return period for all eligible UK orders.


14 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by emailing info@outdoorfuntoys.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

  • If the product is defective or damaged:
    Please send us a clear photo of the damaged product. We will arrange a courier to collect the item at no cost to you.
    You can choose to receive:

                  A replacement product (no extra cost), or
                  A full refund to your original payment method.

  • If you ordered the wrong product or wish to exchange it for personal reasons (change of mind):
    You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA), if eligible.


Return and Refund Conditions

Return Address

As we work with multiple UK-based suppliers and warehouses, the return address may vary depending on the product and origin of shipment.

Please contact our support team first at info@outdoorfuntoys.co.uk to receive the correct return address and return authorization before sending any items back.

Unauthorized returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories.
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the order amount to the card or payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note:
Customised or personalised items are non-refundable, unless defective.

All refunds are processed in accordance with UK consumer law.

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.


DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it quickly.

Return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items is fully covered by us.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.


EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Wrong size
  • Defective

ADDITIONAL COSTS

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within the stated refund period.

💸 Refund Period

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item).

All refunds are processed in accordance with UK consumer law.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
