We work closely with our trusted suppliers to ensure that all products meet high standards of quality and durability. All items purchased from our store come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length and terms of the warranty vary by brand and product type.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for a warranty assessment:

  • The item must not have been misused, altered, or damaged through external factors.
  • The issue must relate to a manufacturing fault or defect.
  • An inspection (photos, videos, or return inspection) may be required before approval.
  • If an item is found not to be faulty, the customer may be responsible for return postage or inspection fees.

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow instructions
  • Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage
  • Weather-related damage (e.g., wind damage to trampolines, frames, or outdoor toys)
  • Damage caused by using non-approved accessories or replacement parts
  • Commercial use unless explicitly included in the brand’s warranty
  • Any issues arising from alterations or modifications to the product

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a warranty-covered fault, please follow these steps:

    Send a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos of the fault to:

  2. Assessment
    We will review the information and may contact the manufacturer for an inspection or additional details.

 

  1. Next Steps
    If the issue is confirmed as a warranty fault:
    • A replacement part or product will be arranged, or
    • A repair/replacement will be processed according to the brand’s policy.

If the fault is not covered by the warranty:

    • The customer will be responsible for any return shipping or admin fees.
