The Frog City 53 is a lightweight 20-inch urban bike designed to help children aged approximately five to seven years ride comfortably and confidently in town. Featuring a step-through aluminium frame for easy mounting and dismounting, it supports riders learning to navigate pavements, cycle paths and short journeys to school or the park.

 

With an upright riding position, youth-specific 8-speed gearing, patented Frog cranks for efficient pedalling and small easy-reach brakes, this bike is built to match young riders’ proportions and support safe, relaxed cycling. Clothing protection is prioritised with a floating chain glider and full-length mudguards, while a pannier rack and kickstand add everyday practicality.

This Grade 5 factory outlet version has been fully inspected, with cosmetic blemishes only, and retains the same engineering standard and ride experience as new models.

Factory outlet grading and discount

Our factory outlet bikes are categorised using the following criteria:

GRADE 5 - Good as new

Grade 5 bikes have up to 30% off the original RRP. They are unridden bearing a minor flaw or imperfection in their decals, which could be attributed to damage during transportation.

 

GRADE 4 - Good condition

Grade 4 bikes have up to 35% off the original RRP. They often have one or two small imperfections but the majority of the frame and components will be unblemished. Occasionally these have been ridden.

 

GRADE 3 - Used condition

Grade 3 bikes have up to 40% off the original RRP. They may have scratches and/or cosmetic imperfections as the bike may have been ridden, and signs of use will be evident
