A lightweight, thoughtfully designed first pedal bike to support young riders as they begin independent cycling. The Frog 38 is engineered around real child biomechanics to encourage balance, confidence and smooth pedalling during early riding experiences. Suitable for children with an inside leg measurement of 36-41cm, typically aged 3-4 years.

 

This bike can also be used without pedals as a balance bike, offering a gradual and flexible transition to pedalling.
 

The Frog 38 is built to support early cycling skills with a lightweight aluminium frame, child-sized components and easy-reach brake levers. The patented Frog crank design reduces pedal spacing and supports smooth, efficient movement, making it easier for young legs to pedal.

With a stable geometry, a low centre of gravity and predictable braking, this bike helps create a steady and controlled learning environment. It also includes a chainguard and protective grips to support hand placement and finger safety.

 

This model replaces the Frog 40 and features recycled aluminium elements in the frame and cranks, contributing to reduced material waste.
